When Sean Connery‘s James Bond (pictured) ordered a martini in the 1962 movie “Dr. No,” it helped moved the world away from gin (previously, when you asked for a martini you meant gin) to vodka. In the 2006 Bond, “Casino Royale,” Daniel Craig reverted to a hybrid martini — three parts gin, one part vodka. The cocktail was dubbed the Vesper. And what does Craig imbibe in the new Bond flick, “Quantum of Solace“? You’ll have to endure the crowds this weekend at the multiplex to find out.
