Johnny Depp bestowed this one on Sally Hawkins (pictured), for “Happy-Go-Lucky.” She must now OFFICIALLY be designated a possible Oscar winner for Best Actress. She beat Streep! Hawkins was genuinely overcome, which may help her with the Academy voters. On the other hand, she needs to acquire some poise if she wants to go all the way.
