That’s Quite A Sausage!
The jury’s still out on the New York Times’ new restaurant critic, Sam Sifton, but I can tell you one thing: his review of New York’s upscale sausage-and-beer joint DBGB Kitchen and Bar (pictured) last month was a little off: it deserved three stars not two. Dining there was the most fun I’ve had in a new New York restaurant in ages.
