“Imelda” CD Released: It’s Catchy!
Earlier this year, I told you about “Here Lies Love,” the concept CD about Imelda Marcos written by David Byrne and produced by Norman “Fatboy Slim” Cook. According to this FT interview, it doesn’t look as if the project will have a fully staged perf anytime soon. But the CD has been released, and with contributors like Cyndi Lauper and Santogold, it’s well worth a purchase.
