“New Burlesque” — or, as we call it in my house, “Nudies for Intellectuals” — is having another moment in the sun. Mathieu Amalric’s movie last week at Cannes, “On Tour,” was all about the tasteful strippers, and now there’s a big gallery show of the movement’s most famous face, Dita Von Teese.
