Geoffrey Rush: Faithful To The Stage
He’ll probably lose the Oscar to Christian Bale, but let’s hear it for Geoffrey Rush. Why? Because while all the other Oscar-nommed actors are still schmoozing the awards circuit in Hollywood in mid-February, or going to the BAFTA awards on February 13, Rush will be in New York, starring in Gogol’s “Diary of a Madman” at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Stage is his first love, and he’s being faithful to it. Kudos.
