Nuns Take Over Broadway
It’s nun week on Broadway. Last night, “High,” starring a salty-talking Kathleen Turner and Evan Jonigkeit (pictured), opened to tepid reviews for the play but some fine reviews for the performances. Tonight, it’s the opening of “Sister Act,” based on the Whoopi Goldberg movie. All I can say about it today is: it doesn’t suck.
