“Joan’s Show”: Go! Go! Go!
Joel Vig, who you may remember from LemonWade’s story about Patricia Neal and Harper Lee, has directed “Joan’s Show,” an autobiographical evening of songs and stories from Joan Copeland (pictured). The actress is known for her work in “The American Clock,” “Pal Joey,” and “Two by Two.” Performances are at the Acorn Theatre in New York tonight, August 15, at 7 pm and Thursday, August 18, at 2 pm.
