“Bring It On” Musical: The Latest
The latest version of “Bring It On: The Musical,” based on the campy cheerleader movie, “Bring It On,” has popped up at the Ahmanson in Los Angeles. Some of the reviews are encouraging — this thing could do well on the road. But Broadway? The closest thing we’ve seen to it lately is the “Legally Blonde” musical, which I thoroughly enjoyed but which lost money in NY. Taylor Louderman (pictured, center) stars in “Bring It On.”
