“Lysistrata Jones”: My FT Review
The Financial Times has published my review of “Lysistrata Jones,” a new musical on Broadway. Money quote: “The high-octane direction and choreography, by Dan Knechtges, who managed a much more winning balance of comedy and music in another Broadway musical with classical Greek overtones, Xanadu, exhibits a pummelling inventiveness.” Patti Murin (pictured) plays the title character.
