“Game” Vs. “Games”: Game On!

Even though “Game of Thrones” is an HBO series and “The Hunger Games” is a movie, it sometimes seems as if they are iterations of the same thing: both based on a best-selling series of books, both using crown/ring imagery in their posters, and both about to take the country by storm. All of pop culture right now seems to be divided between them.

  1. LIKE!!!

In the (in)famous words of Rodney King… “Can’t we all just…get along?”

Because when you play the Games of Hunger, you win…or you die. (No, like…literally. You die. lol)

  2. You forgot “Game Change.” Palin rules!

  3. All of entertainment is a game. Sports consists of almost nothing but games, so why should movies and TV be any different?

  4. I’d like to see the cast of Game of Thrones do battle with the cast of The Hunger Games in a Celebrity Death Match.
