Justin Timberlake Is Not Making A New CD
Justin Timberlake hasn’t released an album since 2006′s “FutureSex/LoveSounds,” mostly because he has been distracted by the business of being Justin Timberlake. Then, the other day, a flurry of hope: producer Jim Beanz seemed to say he was working with Justin on some new tracks. But alas, no, it wasn’t the case. Justin is one the best pop musicians of the past decade. He isn’t one of the shining movie stars of the past decade, and I doubt he’ll ever amount to much of an actor, at least in terms of giving a sustained performance as opposed to a three-minute “SNL” sketch. But Justin obviously likes doing movies. To the detriment of pop music lovers. We have to suffer through the sounds of another Justin (Bieber) these days.
