More News About The “Psycho” Series
I seem to be spending my week so far tilting at remakes or adaptations of classics. Latest target: “Psycho,” which is being remade as a series for the A & E network. Vera Farmiga has been cast as the mother of Norman Bates. At least she won’t have to be killed off in the first episode. Although if this is a series then they won’t be killing off Marion Crane (the Janet Leigh character, pictured, in the 1960 movie) in the first episode, either. Especially when she’s being played by Scarlett Johansson.
