Barclays Center Keeps Attracting Criticism


Brooklyn’s $1 billion Barclays Center opens tomorrow, when rapper Jay-Z leads off with eight sold-out shows in the 19,000-seat concert hall. The building has engendered all sorts of criticism: it has virtually no parking or places for idling Town Cars — the high rollers and corporate types filling the executive boxes are going to take the subway to Brooklyn?
