Icona Pop Has A New Single
In certain parts of the country — parts heavily populated with tweens, who don’t bother to learn band names — Icona Pop is still known as “I don’t care,” because that is the part of their breakout hit that fans sing the loudest. A year and a half later, the Swedish duo would like to change that, and so here comes a proper album, titled “This Is … Icona Pop,” which is scheduled for a September release. The first single (click here to listen) sounds kind of like Coldplay? But angry Coldplay. “I Love It” Coldplay. Hmm. Maybe this will work? Ya think?
