Why We Still Care About Lindsay
I couldn’t stomach watching Oprah’s entire interview with Lindsay Lohan, but I did read this account of it, replete with 8 most absurd moments. I know we’re all supposed to say that we want Lindsay to stop drinking and drugging but let’s face it: the reason people still have an iota of interest in her is that she is so utterly unable to get sober. We are fascinated by her inner chaos either because it reminds us that our own lives aren’t so wayward after all or because we simply love watching a train wreck. Or both.
