King William Won’t Enrich The Arts
As a reported fan of the rapper Kanye West and the pop star Ellie Goulding, who sang at his wedding reception, the Duke of Cambridge’s musical tastes don’t bode well for an arts-supporting reign. At least that’s the view of one expert observer. I think that opinion is a little ill-advised. Plenty of leaders, and not just monarchs, know it’s their duty to support things they don’t necessarily enjoy personally.
