Prado Museum Hosts Carnival Of Animals

A new exhibition at the Prado in Madrid — which may be my favorite museum in the world, for no other reason than it contains Velasquez’s “Las Meninas” — places objects from National Museum of Natural Sciences alongside masterpieces. Pictured example: Rubens’ “The Rape of Europa,” next to a perfectly preserved bull.
