St. Vincent Reviews Arcade Fire’s Latest

Annie Clark (pictured) (aka St. Vincent) has written a review of Arcade Fire’s “Reflektor” for The Talkhouse, a website that lets musicians write about new albums. (You may remember Lou Reed‘s rave review of “Yeezus,” and — shoutout to Hans — Ezra Koenig’s hilarious take on Drake’s “Nothing Was the Same.”) In the highly entertaining review, Clark lists some of the things this record prompted her to Google (“Very-tall-men-fronted rock bands,” “porno,” “Is Seymour Stein still alive?”), spews some all-caps enthusiasm about her favorite tracks (“FLASHBULB EYES”), and muses on whether or not Nile Rodgers will respond to her tweets.
