More Versions Of “Moon Song” From “Her”
Spike Jonze’s film “Her” features a simple guitar duet between Joaquin Phoenix and his OS love interest (voiced by Scarlett Johansson), titled “Moon Song”. Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman Karen O, who co-wrote the track with Jonze, also recorded a solo studio version. Now Rolling Stone has a version of the song that features Vampire Weekend frontman Ezra Koenig opposite Karen O. Per Rolling Stone, there’s a three-song Moon Song EP coming on iTunes this week. “Moon Song” is nominated for an Oscar.
