Mister Man: Willis To Do “Misery” Onstage
Bruce Willis is going to do William Goldman’s adaptation of Stephen King‘s “Misery” on Broadway? I have my doubts. Thrillers of this kind rarely work anymore onstage, and I suspect that that it will creak louder than a rocker left for years in a dry attic. I’ll be interested to see what Elizabeth Marvel — who gives one of the standout performances in the new season of “House of Cards” — can do with the fan role indelibly associated with Kathy Bates.
