At 86, Burt Bacharach Is On Tour
I had no idea until I read this story by David Cheal in the Financial Times. Bacharach isn’t much of a singer, but it would be fun to see him perform a few of those glorious standards he wrote with Hal David. My favorite of his muses is, of course, Dusty Springfield (pictured), whose hairdo in the photo is a work of art.
