Kelela Teams With Skillrex On New Song
Know Wave’s Gully Type radio webshow has recently become a popular source of dub and dancehall-inspired tunes, but this week they premiered a banger: an as-of-yet-untitled collaboration between Kelela and Ratking member Hak, co-produced by Skrillex and Clams Casino. The song combines elements of quiet storm, dubstep and hip-hop. Listen here. Last month, Kelela dropped her Hallucinogen EP, a six-track offering bridging her debut mixtape “Cut 4 Me” and her forthcoming debut album, which is out this fall.
