Malala Movie To Open In October
Davis Guggenheim’s “He Named Me Malala,” a doc about Pakistani activist Malala Yousafzai‘s campaign for female education despite being shot by the Taliban for advocating same, will open on October 2nd. Guggenheim covers the near-fatal shooting as he follows Malala on her 2013 book tour. Malala is the youngest person to win the Nobel Peace Prize.
