Quantico: The NATs attempt to get security clearance while Alex zeroes in on Caleb. Grade: B. The Good Wife: Why is this program devoting its final episodes to a plot-line about national security? Must all CBS dramas end up like “NCIS”? At least Alicia and Diane are getting laid. Grade: C.
