While critics have been effusive in their praise for Ken Loach‘s latest, “I, Daniel Blake,” a social-injustice saga, I’m more drawn to “Neruda,” the latest from Chilean director Pablo Larrain. “Neruda” stars Gael Garcia Bernal (pictured) as a detective hired to hunt down the Nobel-winning Chilean poet. THR calls the film “a highly original investigation of the truth-fiction divide.”
