Obama Gives Very Pregnant Audra A Medal
Here is the video of President Obama awarding the National Medals of Arts and of Humanities yesterday. Among the recipients were Mel Brooks, Philip Glass, Ralph Lemon, Berry Gordy, Audra McDonald (at the 18:45 mark), and Sandra Cisneros. Among those receiving the Humanities Medal were Terry Gross, Wynton Marsalis, Louise Gluck, Elaine Pagels, Louis Menand, and Ron Chernow.
