Drake and Rihanna lead Spotify’s year-end tally of most-streamed artists. Are they still dating? I can’t keep track…Just as “Jersey Boys” gets ready to close on Broadway, a new goombah musical is opening tonight to capture the linguini-and-red-sauce crowd: “A Bronx Tale.”…Scorsese’s new movie about a 17th-century conflict is called “Silence.” Wags are terming it Japanese against the Jesuits. I know who I’m rooting for…I don’t watch “The Voice,” but the clip of last night’s performance of “Jolene” — Dolly Parton, Miley Cyrus, and Pentatonix — was thrilling…A big new scientific study concludes that “the brains of creative people are wired differently from those of others.” Duh!…It’s World AIDS Day. I can get choked up thinking about friends I have lost. To ease my sadness, I listen to Tom Andersen‘s rendition of “Yard Sale.”
