TV: Sunday-Night Scorecard
Shameless: Every time I watch this series, I wish William Macy (pictured) would go back to theater. In this installment, we got a maybe-final farewell to two beloved characters — and, somehow, an introduction to two new ones — all played out in “Happily Ever After.†Grade: C+. The Walking Dead: The show had its midseason finale, and people died, others escaped, another was imprisoned, and more still plotted for something we’ve been anticipating since the second episode finally happened. Grade: B. The Affair: We finally have a Cole episode, and it’s officially my favorite of the season thus far. Grade: A-.
