“Fargo,” “True Detective”: Casting News
“Fargo” season three continues to add to its already impressive cast. Harry Potter grad David Thewlis has booked a series regular role in the third season of the FX anthology. Thewlis will portray V.M. Vargas, a mysterious loner who delivers Emmit Stussy (Ewan McGregor), the Parking Lot King of Minnesota, the bad news that he has just become partners with his employers, whose business interests lay outside the law. As for “True Detective,” it looks as if Matthew McConaughey (pictured), who was absent from season two, may return for season three.
