TV: Sunday-Night Scorecard

Fear the Walking Dead (pictured): The first hour of this series’ season-three finale was a bit cluttered in trying to get all the disparate story lines to converge to a point, while the second hour was more focused and better played up the tension of its world-altering event. The most compelling, however, was our new villain: Proctor John. Grade: B-. The Deuce: This wasn’t a particularly memorable episode, but it did advance two main story lines: Vince preparing to open up his new “place of business” (i.e. massage parlor) with Bobby running the joint, and Eileen finally getting started in porn and trying to find her place in the industry. Grade: B+.
