Your Weekend: A Selective Guide
Movies: “Ocean’s 8” is slick, unforgettable fun. But “Hereditary” is tremendous — only if you like the horror genre, though. TV/Streaming: Friday brings “Sense8: The Series Finale” available on Netflix. Sunday brings the Tony Awards on CBS. Music: I never tire of listening to Alison Krauss. Wish I could say the same about Kanye West, whose new album is called ‘ye.’ Books: I don’t care who James Patterson collaborates with, I’m not reading his books. But if you like Bill Clinton (latest co-author) you will disagree — “The President Is Missing.” Sports: Will Cleveland be put out of its NBA misery this weekend? Finally: The days get longer and longer — and isn’t that wonderful?
