Pitchfork reports: ‘A new crowdfunding campaign is looking to raise money to renovate the historic Hamtramck Stadium in Detroit, one of the last remaining Negro League baseball stadia in the United States. Rock star Jack White is one of the first donors, giving $10,000 to the restoration effort, as WDET reports. The campaign, hosted by Detroit-based crowdfunding platform Patroncity, is looking to raise $50,000 in total.’
