Your Weekend: A Selective Guide

TV/Streaming: Will Farrell has a new movie, about the Eurovision song contest, on Netflix…The new season of “Grantchester,” Sunday nights on PBS, is a winsome mixture of twee and up-to-date. Movies: I’ve been having my own Carole Lombard film festival — the screwball queen’s “Nothing Sacred” is available for free on YouTube. Books: It’s been wonderful to go back into bookstores in NYC this week — they’d been closed since mid-March. I was tired of having to buy everything online. I celebrated at one store by buying new copies of “The Great Gatsby” and “Beloved.” Music: After a long absence, I’m getting back into my Spotify account: lots of reggae this week. Theater: Haven’t found much to watch online — am waiting for “Hamilton” on July 3rd. Sports: I’d be happier about Premier League is Arsenal were playing better.
