Wentworth Miller Says That He’s Finished With “Prison Break” And Straight Roles

EW.com says: The appealing actor Wentworth Miller says “has no intention of giving Prison Break a stay of execution.” The Prison Break star says he’s no longer interested in playing straight characters, dashing hopes that he could one day return to the popular series as his fan-favorite character Michael Scofield.

“I’m out. Of PB. Officially,” the actor posted on Instagram. “Not [because] of static on social media (although that has centered the issue). I just don’t want to play straight characters. Their stories have been told (and told).”

He added, “No more Michael. If you were a fan of the show, hoping for additional seasons… I understand this is disappointing. I’m sorry.”
