Kennedy Center Honors Announced

Hip hip hooray! Joni Mitchell finally is finally receiving the honor. (As are Bette Midler, Lorne Michaels, Berry Gordy, and Justino Diaz.) Now, only Liza Minnelli and Jane Fonda are the too-long-overlooked stars who need to be saluted. Yeah, I know Fonda’s past politics mean she has haters. Tough. The honors have been given to right-wingers and survived.
