Streisand: Gaga “Star” Was “Wrong Idea”

In a new interview, Barbra Streisand, who starred in a version of “A Star Is Born” in the 1970s, says the recent “Star Is Born” starring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper was “the wrong Idea” of the material. Streisand has a point (read her views here), although it’s hard for me to credit her version as superior given that perm to which she subjected her hair.
