Halftime Show Sucked — So What?

The Super Bowl halftime show — this year featuring Emenem, Dr Dre, Mary J Blige, and Snoop Dogg — is not a concert to which one could apply the normal critical standards. It’s a spectacle in which no critical criteria apply. So the fact that I found it a lot of middle-aged stars trying to act young doesn’t really matter. A lot of people watched: goal achieved.
