Diane Lane’s “Blind Side”?
There’s talk that the October release “Secretariat” could turn into a kind of “Blind Side” thing for its star, Diane Lane. I’m not big on horse movies (remember how “Seabiscuit” turned an unputdownable book into a preachy mess?), but Lane deserves the attention if the hype is true.
The preview makes the movie look pretty cheesy, but previews often do that, thanks to idiot focus groups.
P.S. Who chose John Malkovich’s costumes? Bozo?
