Which Rapture: Camping or Blondie?
It looks as if Harold Camping (pictured) made another mathematical error. The head of the Oakland-based Family Radio International predicted the rapture would come today, after previously predicting it would come on May 21. The May prediction disappointed his followers, some of whom had spent their savings on billboards and signs announcing Judgment Day. Camping, 90, suffered a stroke three weeks after the rapture failed to occur. My own favorite rapture is that offered by Blondie: no predictions there.
