Movies: “Spider-Man: Homecoming” looks jazzy and the new Spidey, Tom Holland, is pretty cute. TV/Streaming: Have you been keeping up with “The Great British Baking Show” on Fridays? On Sundays, the new Jane Tennisons on PBS have been lackluster — thank God for “Twin Peaks.” Music: Stop for a minute and reflect on the fact that while other albums — by Ed Sheeran, Taylor Swift, Adele — come and go on the pop charts, only one remains in the Top Ten: “Hamilton.” Books: I thought I had read all of Dickens, but somehow I missed “Dombey and Son.” Until now. Sports: Now that both the Mets and Yanks look shaky, where oh where can I get my athletic fix? Finally: “Trump” for the over-40s resembles “like” for the under-30s: impossible to finish a sentence without it.
